The Muse app has an option to pay for a subscription unlocking many more guided meditations. R+R does not cover this expense, but you may experiment with whichever version works for you; there is a solid amount of free content you can try out. Mission 22 does not provide you with a pre-made account. Set up your account by following the package instructions.
