-Implementing an Event
When you arrive for the event, please show up at the scheduled time set by the event coordinators. Please make sure your appearance is neat and tidy— first impressions are everything. If at all possible, wear a Mission 22 shirt. If a Mission 22 shirt is not an option, a patriotic or military-related shirt is acceptable as long as it is void of any political affiliation. Do not wear other organizations’ t-shirts.
After the event, finish the ending event paperwork, which you will learn how to do in this course. Also help Ambassadors who have attended and completed events with this process, if necessary.
Once Ambassadors get the hang of small events, and feel like they might want to branch out to large-scale events, the requirements to schedule and be present do become larger. So it’s important for you as a State or Regional Leader to assist with planning large events. Event Ambassadors are a key component of Mission 22, and by following these simple, yet necessary guidelines, we know that they also will be very successful in planning and executing events!
